Nursery Manager

Hello! I’m Michelle, the Manager. 

I hold a Level 5 qualification in Early Years and Leadership and have worked in childcare since I was 16. I have experience working with babies, toddlers and preschool children, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and exciting environment where every child can thrive. 

I have been in management for 10 years and have helped set up three brand-new nursery environments, supporting children and families through many special learning journeys. 

Outside of nursery, I love spending time with my family and my two playful pups, who definitely keep me on my toes! I also have a big passion for family photography.  My favourite foods are Chinese and Italian.

I’m so excited to welcome our families to Monkey Puzzle East Malling and be part of your little one’s learning adventure!
