Deputy Manager | SENCO

Hi, my names Stevie and I am proud to be the Deputy Manager and SENCO of Monkey Puzzle Easy Malling.

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, along with a BA (Hons) Degree in Education Studies with Early Childhood Studies. I have worked in childcare for just over 17 years.

I am passionate about supporting all children to reach their full potential, with a particular interest in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As SENCO, I enjoy working closely with children, families, and professionals to ensure every child feels valued, included, and supported in a way that meets their individual needs. I believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and I am committed to creating an environment where they can do just that.

As Deputy Manager, I also take pride in helping to maintain a warm, caring, and stimulating setting where children feel safe, happy, and confident to learn through play and exploration.

Outside of work, I am a mum to two young boys who keep me on my toes! We love spending time together, whether that's visiting the zoo, enjoying days at the beach, or exploring new places and making special memories as a family. Being a parent has strengthened my understanding of children's development and the importance of providing positive, enriching experiences for every child.
