Meet our Owner

Hi, I’m Ayse, the owner of Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery East Malling. My journey started with one clear idea: I wanted children to feel like they’re at home, to build a real bond with the nursery and feel part of something bigger than childcare. I don’t want this to be “just a nursery.” I want it to feel like a family, a place where children, parents and our team genuinely know each other and grow together.

At Monkey Puzzle East Malling, we’re creating a warm, welcoming environment with strong routines and lots of meaningful play. We support children to build confidence and independence in everyday moments, from trying new things, to building friendships, communicating their needs, and learning simple self-help skills that make them feel proud and capable.

I’m very hands-on and I’m strict on the things that matter most: safety, routines, cleanliness, and clear communication. Regular meetings between our team and families so parents and careers are always feel informed, reassured and listened to.

What I’m most proud of is the community, environment and the team-family we’re building, and the love and consistency we bring to each child’s day.
